MathBridge Education — Terms of Service & Institutional Agreement

• 1. Overview & Scope: MathBridge Education provides specialized mathematics curriculum development, assessment items, content reviews, and study guide packages tailored for educational institutions and EdTech partners.

• 2. Billing & Payment Terms: We support manual and offline invoicing workflows, including school district Purchase Orders (POs), wire transfers, and checks. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise stipulated in a custom project contract.

• 3. Intellectual Property & Licensing: Upon full payment of the agreed-upon service fee (e.g., Content Packages, Assessment Development, or Study Guide Packages), MathBridge Education grants the client non-exclusive institutional rights to utilize, distribute, and adapt the delivered math materials within their designated program or platform.

• 4. Revisions & Quality Assurance: Each service tier includes structured review cycles to ensure absolute mathematical and pedagogical accuracy prior to final delivery.
